In the last week of Oct-23 I lost my father and I had to travel on emergency to India, So around 7.30 AM I contacted Abducen and by 9 Am I had tickets on my hand for the evening Emirates flight with the cheapest price(4.3K USD) for 4 people and the best part is Abducen managed to arrange the bassinet (I didn't ask/expect) for my kid which is a big help by considering our situation.
But their remarkable service didn't stop here due to official reasons I had to travel early than the planned date to US and again Abducen managed to pre book my flight with a very less fare difference.
In conclusion Abducen has shown somehow a real service oriented mind will think and act for a situation like mine.
